We have just had installed our new system and would recommend the team and service to our friends and family. Daryl was the ultimate professional giving us his advice on what avenue to go down. We ended up getting solar panels, inverter and battery.Honest and very very informative. Installing was very efficient as well, the whole process from start to finish was a 5* job. Thank you.

Great company, after being recommended by my mother who used the company last year and is over the moon with the system I took the leap and proceeded myself to install solar via smart Ecogen. Daryl was brillant throughout and our system is over delivering. I would give 6 stars if i could, highly recommend this company.

Electrics all done wrong, had to pay an electrician to put it right, promises made just to sell the product but not kept, paid nearly £15000 for solar, battery and car charger, appalling customer service.

Customer service 12 out of 10, Daryl from start to finsh has kept me informed every step of the way along side Shareen in the office 110% reccommend this company to anyone. Installed in under 2 weeks by Alister and Jeff what a great team.

Excellent customer service from sales through install to post sales. Great team of people, top to bottom. Checked what was right for me and not just trying to make a quick sale, even after sales has been excellent, helping me tune the system to best effect!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Daryl was amazing fitted in under a two weeks! System is delivering over what Daryl said so well under sold. Alister and Jeff installing was amazing and went the extra mile installing bird spikes for us. SmartEcogen 12/10! Also replaced broken tiles for us. Recommended company.

I unreservedly recommend this company to you. They were in all respects as good as their word.Everything was clearly explained, and professionally presented. The instillation went smoothly and to plan, I would like particularly to commend the communication and customer service.Calls are always returned promptly, by individuals and the office. The paperwork was delivered promptly, enabling me to sign up promptly for an export tariff.I commend this firm to you.

Re our recent solar PV installation.A professional approach.All completed within 2 weeks of the initial contact.A little scary having scaffolders, roofers and electricians on site at the same time.But the guys from smart ecogen were there too to make sure all went smoothly.The product works perfectly and does exactly what we expected.Well done to the whole team.

We have had a positive experience with Smart Ecogen when having a solar panel andbattery system installed. Initial visit from Daryl was very informative as we were really clueless in terms of what to look for! We had 3 quotes and Smart Ecogen were in the middle on price but we were really impressed by how they didn't attempt to over sell the products with unrealistic promises. We have had the system for almost a week. The yield from the system appears better than expected so thats great seeing as it is October. We will be changing to an appropriate tariff. Daryl has just been round to give advice on this and to go through how to use the app. Daryl is also planning to touch base with us in a month to check all is going OK. It is scary when contemplating getting solar but our experience with this company has been a positive one.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Smart Ecogen. Communication throughout was excellent and everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy for us Solar novices to understand. Installation was fast and very efficient. The team on site worked extremely hard, were knowledgable and treated our property with care and respect. We chose solar panels, battery storage and an EV charger. Top quality hardware was used and fitted with a high level of workmanship. We are really happy with the system. The panels in particular are impressive and harvest a decent amount of electricity on the gloomiest of days. We were also particularly impressed by how they didn’t try and oversell the products like some companies did when quoting. You also get great peace of mind with all the accreditations and generous warranties that they offer.

From the first phone call we have had excellent service . The guys who did the scaffolding were really nice and friendly. The 3 guys who fit the system were efficient and very knowledgeable and fully explained everything they were doing and were genuinely nice guys. The customer service is excellent and I would recommend them if you are thinking about getting solar panels 😊

From start to finish the process was very straightforward and stress free. Richard from Smart Ecogen was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. He also was available on other days to take calls to answer and ease any concerns I had.The solar system was designed for optimal performance based on angle and roof space.I was surprised how quickly they were on hand to install the solar system. The only thing slowing them down was waiting for the freeholder to grant permission.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

What a company!!!After 19 months of being let down with false promises and fob offs with another major supplier, smart ecogen came to the rescue!Darryl and his team reassured me and my wife and got us through the process effortlessly and efficiently. Answering all my questions and basically being brilliant.Roughly 2 weeks from first talking to Darryl to getting the panels on the roof. Installed by a great team, quickly and professionally.I cannot recommend this company enough and the panels & battery are performing amazingly.If you've been let down by major suppliers in the past, then these guys are the way forward.

Fantastic job!The entire process of acquiring my solar panel setup has been fascinating and wonderful. Everyone involved with creating the installation, from planning through to completion has been friendly, informative, helpful, knowledgeable - completely professional in the best ways possible. Super knowledgeable sales rep, never oversold the product like the majority of other companies that said I required a bigger battery, the sales rep explained in detail the reason why I didn’t and why I’d be wasting my money.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough, we wanted solar and air source heat pump, when Daryl came out he explained everything in depth and booked us in for an independent survey, which come back as the air source heat pump not been viable for our property and a full deposit refund was given. He explained that the system wouldn’t be to our advantage upfront and honest. We proceeded with the installation of the solar and everything from point of sale, survey, fitting and after sales was amazing all completed with in two weeks start to finish! 12/10 from start to finish highly recommend this company with all there accreditations and Guarantees.
